LINA LOU
Lina Lou is a German-born artist, songwriter and producer based in London. With a background in classical music and jazz, she writes songs that demonstrate deft craftsmanship, unpredictability and undeniable hooks. In doing so, she twists familiar pop forms into something unmistakably her own.
Moving between organic instrumentation, synthesisers and drum programming, she combines experimental production with instinctive pop songwriting. Alongside her own artist project, she works as a producer and co-writer, committed to creating spaces and sonic worlds where artists can discover their most personal work.
Her forthcoming debut project explores the unvarnished realities of modern womanhood, drawing inspiration from the emotional candour and dark humour of Fleabag and Girls. Equal parts confessional, confrontational and playful, her songs find emotional depth through intimate vocals, vivid storytelling and imaginative production.
